If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, you are the one God promised and sent. I admit I have sinned and cannot save myself. I turn from my sin and believe you died for my sins and rose again. I confess you as Lord, and I trust your word to be true over my life. Lead me from unbelief into faith. Amen.

Receive the Word Fulfilled

Lord, revive your Church to treasure your spoken word and to see your faithfulness in what you do. Forgive us for treating Scripture as familiar and your actions as ordinary. Wake us up to trust what you have said, to watch for your work, and to obey you with glad hearts, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Make Us a People Who Listen

Father, thank you that you do not speak carelessly, and that your promises do not fail. Thank you for every time you have proved faithful across time, and for the assurance that your word can be trusted today. Help me remember your faithfulness when I am waiting, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Thank You for Keeping Your Word

Lord, when your promises seem slow to me, steady my heart. Keep me from impatience, suspicion, or forcing outcomes, and teach me to wait with trust. Help me keep obeying while I wait, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Patience While I Wait

Name one promise or Scripture passage you are waiting to see fulfilled. Ask God for patience, ask him to strengthen your trust, and ask for one faithful step you can take today while you wait.

Pray Over a Delayed Promise

Pray for someone who struggles to trust Scripture: that they would see God's faithfulness in Jesus, remember what God has already spoken, and grow confident that his word is not empty. Ask also for courage to share a fulfilled promise with them at the right time.
