If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I admit that I have sinned and that I cannot free myself from what has held me. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. I turn from my sin and receive you as my Lord and Savior. Come into my life, break every chain that binds me, and lead me in your freedom. Amen.

Receive the One Who Frees

Lord, revive your Church with faith and courage. Where we have been passive, make us watchful; where we have been fearful, make us brave; where we have treated evil lightly, teach us to face it with prayer and obedience. Let your people rely on your strength and not our own, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Revive Your People to Stand Firm

Father, for anyone who feels trapped by sin, fear, or destructive patterns, show your stronger power. Give them grace to ask for help, to resist what is evil, and to walk into the freedom you provide. Let what binds them lose its grip, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Break the Power of What Holds Us

Pray by naming the thing that seems stronger than you, asking God to restrain it, and then asking for the next wise step instead of rushing ahead.

Pray About the Root First

Thank God that no resistance is beyond his reach; give thanks that he is stronger than what troubles you; praise him for the freedom and safety his power brings.

Thank You for Stronger Help

Pray for: a person who feels trapped by fear or temptation; courage for them to ask for help; and a clear breakthrough where they have only seen resistance.

Pray for Someone Who Feels Overpowered
