If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I admit that I have sinned and that my life has not borne good fruit. I cannot change myself at the root. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. I turn from my sin and trust you to make me new. Be my Lord and Savior, and grow a life in me that is good and true. Amen.

Make Me New at the Root

Lord, revive your Church so we do not settle for outward appearance while the root remains unhealthy. Make us good trees that bear good fruit in holiness, honesty, compassion, and truth. Let the world recognize your life in us, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Renew Your Church at the Root

Father, I confess the places where my life has been rotten at the root and careless in its fruit. Expose what is false in me, forgive me, and change me where people cannot see. Make my heart sound and my actions fitting, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Search the Root

When you pray, name one area where the fruit is not healthy, ask God to show you the root, and ask for one small step of obedience today. Then pray again tomorrow with the same honesty.

Pray at the Root

Bring these thanks to God: any good fruit already growing in your words; one relationship where patience or kindness is taking root; the quiet work of God beneath what others can see.

Thank God for Good Fruit

Lord, I lift up someone whose life is showing poor fruit and who needs a deeper change. Reach the hidden places, heal what is broken, and give them a new beginning that leads to good fruit. Draw them to yourself, in the name of Jesus. Amen.
