23. Formal Translation But the one who was sown upon the good ground—this is the person who hears the word and understands it, who indeed bears fruit and produces: in one case a hundred, in another sixty, and in another thirty. |
23. Dynamic Translation But the seed sown in good soil stands for the person who hears the message and takes it to heart, and their life produces fruit: sometimes a hundred, sometimes sixty, sometimes thirty times as much. |
