Hold the message back until Jesus gives the word

Tell a few trusted friends now, but keep it from everyone else

Treat silence as permanent and never speak about Jesus

Speak whenever you think a message will help

If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, you are the Messiah, and I need your saving mercy. I admit that I have sinned and cannot make myself right with God. I turn from my sin and from living on my own terms. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. I confess you as Lord and trust you with my whole life. Amen.

Receive the Messiah

Lord, revive your Church to honor Jesus as the Messiah with humble obedience. Keep us from speaking too soon, from rushing ahead of your voice, and from treating your word lightly. Make us patient, faithful, and ready to speak when you send us, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Renew Our Obedient Witness

Father, give me restraint when I know something true but need to wait. Help me obey you without rushing to speak, and let my words come at the right time, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Grace to Wait Before Speaking

Pray by naming one conversation where you feel pressure to speak quickly. Ask God for patience, clarity, and a willing heart to wait until he opens the right time.

Pray for the Right Time

Pray for believers who know Jesus as Messiah: that they would honor him with wise speech, patient timing, and obedient silence when needed; that their witness would be guided by his word rather than impulse.

For Wise Witness

Bring thanks for Jesus' clear authority, for the wisdom of his timing, and for the grace that teaches us when to speak and when to wait.

Thank God for Wise Timing
