Compare yourself to others to feel better

If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I know I owe what I cannot repay. I admit my sin and my need for mercy. I turn from my sin and trust that you died for me and rose again. Forgive me, make me new, and be my Lord and Savior. I place my life in your hands. Amen.

Come to Jesus with What You Owe

Lord, awaken your Church to live with humble honesty before you. Where we hide our guilt, bring confession; where we pretend our accounts are small, teach us truth; where we fear your gaze, restore us with mercy. Make us a people who walk in repentance and grace, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Wake Your Church to Honest Repentance

Father, when I feel overwhelmed by what I owe, keep me from hiding and from despair. Give me honesty, repentance, and quiet courage to come before you with the truth. Lead me into your mercy and a new beginning, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Help Me Face What I Owe

Name one burden, habit, or wrong you have been trying to hide. Bring it to God plainly, ask him to show you the truth, and ask for one next obedient step.

Pray Over the Account

Give thanks that God does not leave us in denial. Thank him for the mercy that lets you face what is real, stop pretending, and begin again with honesty.

Thank God for Truth That Frees

Pray for people burdened by financial debt, unpaid obligations, or deep guilt, that they would find wise help, honest community, and courage to face what is true without hiding.
