If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I confess that I have sinned and I carry a debt I cannot repay. I turn from my sin and ask you to forgive me. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. I confess you as Lord, and I trust your mercy to cover and lead my life. Amen.

Receive Your Mercy

Father, awaken your Church to the mercy you have shown us. Where we have become proud, defensive, or slow to repent, humble us. Where gratitude has faded, renew it; where correction is resisted, soften us. Make us a people who live in the light of your release and speak with grace, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Make Your Church Humble Again

Lord, thank you for the mercy you have shown me. You have released what I could not pay, and I praise you for your kindness. Keep me grateful, humble, and quick to remember how much I have received, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Thank You for Release

Name one place where you have been defensive when God corrected you. Confess the pride or self-protection in that response, ask the Lord to help you receive mercy with humility, and end by thanking him for the release he gives.

Pray with a Soft Heart

Pray for: someone who feels crushed by what they owe; a clear experience of God's release; words from you that point to mercy instead of pressure.

For Those Carrying Shame

Bring these to God: gratitude for mercy, a softer response when corrected, and a steady memory that you did not clear your own debt on your own.

Living as the Forgiven
