He is pointing them back to what Scripture already says

He is announcing a brand-new teaching with no earlier basis

He is changing the topic to avoid the issue

He is asking whether they can recite the wording from memory

The Creator made humanity at the beginning

Receive God's design for humanity and honor men and women

Treat sex as spiritually irrelevant and ignore the difference

Assume one sex matters more than the other

Use the verse to deny that bodies or creation matter at all

If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I admit that I have sinned and that I need your mercy. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. I turn from my sin and trust you as my Lord and Savior. You made me and know me completely; shape my life by your truth. Amen.

Receive Jesus as Lord

Lord, revive your Church so we listen when you speak and honor your good design with humility. Free us from pride, from arguing to win, and from treating your word lightly. Make us a people who receive your truth and reflect your wisdom to the world, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Renew Your Church's Listening

Father, thank you for making humanity with intention and care. Thank you that men and women are both held in your wise design. Help me receive your creation with gratitude and reverence, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Thank You for Creating Us

Pray by naming one place where you need a calmer, more teachable heart about God's design for people. Ask him to keep you from pride, to help you listen to Scripture, and to show you one respectful next step today.

Ask for Humble Understanding

Pray for children, teenagers, couples, and singles to know they are made by God and worthy of honor. Pray for homes, churches, and friendships where men and women are treated with fairness and respect. Pray for anyone carrying confusion or hurt to meet God's kindness and truth.

For Homes and Communities

Father, give me humility to honor you in the way I speak about and treat others. Guard me from contempt, stereotypes, and careless words. Teach me to value every person as your creation, in the name of Jesus. Amen.
