If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I admit that I have sinned and often walked my own way. I need your mercy and your saving love. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. I turn from my sin and receive you as my Lord and Savior. Lead me from old paths and guide me in your way. Amen.

A Different Way to You

Lord, awaken your Church to hear your warnings and follow your leading. Keep us from turning back toward what harms us, and give us courage to take the better road you set before us. Make us watchful, humble, and ready to obey, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Make Your Church Quick to Obey

Father, thank you for warning us before danger fully catches us. Thank you for not leaving us trapped on the old road, but for guiding us home by a better way. We praise you for wise care and protection, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Thank You for Safer Paths

Pray by naming one decision where an old path feels tempting. Ask God to show you the safer route, and ask for courage to take it even if it feels unfamiliar.

Ask for the Better Route

Pray for a friend, family member, or fellow believer who keeps being drawn back toward harm. Ask God to give clear warning, wise counsel, and the strength to choose another road.

For Someone Tempted to Go Back

Bring to God any place where you keep circling back to the same harmful pattern. Ask for grace to turn around, leave that road behind, and keep moving toward the life he offers.
