Go when Jesus directs, even if the task seems simple

Wait until the task feels important enough to matter

Assume only experienced leaders are meant to be sent

Follow only after every detail feels safe

If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I admit that I have sinned and need your mercy. I turn from my sin and trust that you died for my sins and rose again. I believe you are Lord, and I open my life to you. Lead me as your disciple and send me where you want me to go. Amen.

Receive the One Who Sends

Lord, revive your people so we are ready when you send us. Where we hesitate, make us willing; where we are distracted, make us attentive; where we are fearful, make us bold to follow your direction. Send your Church with humble obedience and love, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Renew Your Church for Obedience

Pray by naming one place, person, or task where you sense Jesus leading you. Ask him for clarity, and then ask for the courage to take the next small step today.

Ask for the Next Step

Give thanks that Jesus leads with purpose, sees the road ahead, and does not leave his followers without direction. Thank him for calling ordinary disciples into his work.

Thankful for Jesus' Leading

Bring these to God: a willing heart, ears that notice Jesus' direction, humility to take simple tasks seriously, and steadiness when the assignment feels small.

Ready to Be Sent

Lord, I pray for anyone who feels uncertain about the path ahead. Give them courage to follow you, peace when the direction is not fully clear, and faith to go where you send them, in the name of Jesus. Amen.
