Assume weakness means you should never serve

Use the weakness as an excuse to give up on obedience

If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I admit that I have sinned and that I need your mercy. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. I turn from my sin and open my life to you. When I am weak and needy, be my Lord and Savior. Lead me, forgive me, and make me yours. Amen.

Receive Jesus in Your Need

Lord, revive your Church where we have become numb to ordinary human need. Keep us from acting too strong to notice weakness, too busy to notice hunger, or too spiritual to care for the body. Make us a people who depend on Christ, walk humbly, and serve others with compassion, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Renew Us When We Grow Dull

Thank God for Jesus' real humanity; for his willingness to share ordinary weakness; for the comfort that he understands hunger, fatigue, and the needs of daily life.

Thank You for the Savior Who Knows Hunger

Begin by naming one place where you feel depleted. Ask God for daily provision, wisdom to rest, and the humility to accept help. Then thank him for caring about ordinary needs.

Pray for Daily Bread

Pray for people who are hungry today, for families worried about food, for workers who are exhausted, and for churches and neighbors to respond with practical care.

For Those Who Lack Food

Lord, when I am tired or hungry, help me notice my limits without shame. Teach me to slow down, receive your provision, and continue faithfully with peace, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Teach Me to Honor My Limits
