Prepare yourself to be rightly clothed before the King

Hide the problem and hope it is not noticed

If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I confess that I have sinned and tried to stand before God in my own way. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. Turn me from sin, forgive me, and clothe me with your righteousness. I confess you as Lord, and I trust you to receive me and make me ready for your kingdom. Amen.

Clothed in Your Grace

Lord, awaken your Church to come before you with humility and truth. Strip away pretense, clothe us with obedience and purity, and make us ready to honor the King who sees all things. Let us not be content with being near you; make us fit for your presence, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Make Your Church Ready

Pray by naming one place where you may be relying on appearance or closeness to God. Ask him to show you the truth, then ask for one clear step that helps you come before him with honesty today.

Ask for Real Readiness

Thank God that he sees people truly, not just by outward appearance. Thank him that his sight can expose what needs healing and still invite people to his table.

Give Thanks for His Clear Sight

Praise God for his holiness, his wisdom, and his perfect sight. Praise him that nothing hidden escapes him and that he rules with truth over every gathering.

Honor the King Who Sees

Pray for people who are close to Christian things but hiding behind appearances. Ask God to wake them up, draw them into repentance, and prepare them to meet him with sincerity.
