4. Formal Translation
For they bind heavy burdens, difficult to carry, and place them on the shoulders of men, but they themselves are not willing to lift them, even with their finger.
4. Dynamic Translation
They tie up heavy loads and put them on the shoulders of the people, but they will not help move them themselves, not even with a finger.
