It is taken from the first servant and given to the servant already holding ten

It stays with the same servant for another chance

It is divided evenly among all the servants

It is set aside until the servant proves himself

Remove the entrusted amount from the first servant

Give it to the servant already holding ten

Leave it with the servant who had only one

Use what has been entrusted to you faithfully so it can bear fruit

Keep what you have untouched until you feel you deserve more

Protect your gifts by never putting them to work

Focus mainly on comparing your portion with someone else’s

If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I admit that I have sinned and have not faithfully used the life and gifts you have given me. I need your mercy and forgiveness. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. I turn from my sin and trust you as my Lord and Savior. Teach me to live faithfully with all that you entrust to me. Amen.

Receive Jesus and His Mercy

Lord, awaken your Church to faithful stewardship. Forgive us where we have buried gifts, wasted opportunities, or ignored the work you entrusted to us. Make us diligent, humble, and fruitful, ready to use every talent for your glory and for the good of others, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Revive Your Faithful Church

Thank God for every skill, opportunity, responsibility, and resource he has placed in your life. Give thanks for his trust, his wisdom, and the chance to use what you have for good.

Thank You for Entrusted Gifts

Start by naming one responsibility or gift God has given you. Thank him for it, ask for wisdom to use it faithfully, and ask what concrete step he wants you to take today.

Pray Over What You Have

Father, I lift up parents, leaders, teachers, workers, and anyone entrusted with much. Give them integrity, wisdom, and courage to handle what they have well, and help me support them with grace rather than comparison, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

For People Who Carry Responsibility

Bring to God any habit of delaying obedience, hiding your gifts, or measuring yourself against others. Ask him for repentance, a willing heart, and the grace to be faithful with the next thing in front of you.

Turn from Hiding and Comparing
