Go and inspect the place where Jesus had been laid

Leave the area immediately and avoid the burial place

Wait in silence until someone else explains it

Trust his word and live with hopeful confidence

Treat the news as interesting but unrelated to daily life

Wait for clearer proof before letting it affect anything

Focus only on the burial place and miss the larger meaning

If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I admit that I have sinned and need your mercy. I believe you died for my sins and rose from the dead. Receive the Risen Jesus

Lord, awaken your Church with the truth that Jesus is not in the tomb. Renew our faith in your word, restore our joy, and make us bold to live and speak as people who know that death has been defeated, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Wake Your Church with Resurrection Hope

Father, thank you that Jesus rose just as he said, and that the grave could not keep him. Fill me with gratitude and hope, and teach me to live today in the strength of his victory, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Thank You for the Empty Tomb

Name one place where you struggle to trust Jesus' word. Ask God to help you believe the resurrection is true, then ask for one action you can take today that shows that trust.

Pray for Trust When the News Is Hard to Grasp

Pray for someone whose heart feels sealed shut by grief; for the risen Jesus to give comfort, living hope, and peace; and for believers to come near with compassion and kindness.

Hope for People Who Mourn

Pray over these themes: letting Jesus' rising shape your decisions, speaking with resurrection hope, choosing courage when fear rises, and sharing the news with someone who needs it.
