| 10. Formal Translation And the LORD {Yahweh, Covenant Upholder} said to Moses, “Place Aaron’s staff before the testimony, to be kept as a sign against the rebels, so that their murmurings will cease from upon Me and they will not die.” |
| 10. Dynamic Translation The LORD {Yahweh, Divine Judge} instructed Moses, “Put back Aaron’s staff before the testimony as a sign for the rebellious people, so that their complaints will end and they will not die.” |
