Psalms 10:4:1רָשָׁ֗עrashaa wicked person
Psalms 10:4:2כְּגֹ֣בַהּkegovahaccording to the height Psalms 10:4:3אַ֭פּוֹapoof his nose {his anger} Psalms 10:4:4בַּל־יִדְרֹ֑שׁbalyidroshdoes not seek Psalms 10:4:5אֵ֥יןeinthere is no Psalms 10:4:6אֱ֝לֹהִ֗יםelohimGod Psalms 10:4:7כָּל־מְזִמּוֹתָֽיו׃kolmezimotavall his schemes
4. Formal Translation
The wicked, in the height of his face, does not seek; all his thoughts are, “There is no God {Elohim, Rejected Ruler}.”
4. Dynamic Translation
Because of his arrogant pride, the wicked does not care to seek God {Elohim, Ignored Judge}; in all his thoughts, he says, “There is no God.”
