4. Formal Translation The wicked, in the height of his face, does not seek; all his thoughts are, “There is no God {Elohim, Rejected Ruler}.” |
4. Dynamic Translation Because of his arrogant pride, the wicked does not care to seek God {Elohim, Ignored Judge}; in all his thoughts, he says, “There is no God.” |
