6. Formal Translation
The enemy’s destruction has reached its end in lasting ruins; the cities You {Yahweh, Righteous Judge} uprooted have vanished from memory.
6. Dynamic Translation
The enemy is finished, left as endless ruins; You {Yahweh, Vindicator} pulled their cities up by the roots, and even their memory disappeared.
