10. Formal Translation For if, while we were enemies, we were reconciled to God {Theos, Reconciling God} through the death of His Son {huios, Sacrificial Son}, much more, having been reconciled, we will be saved by His life. |
10. Dynamic Translation If, when we were enemies, God {Theos, One who Reconciles} brought us back to Himself through His Son’s {huios, Life Giving Son} death, then, now that reconciliation has happened, we will all the more be rescued by His life. |
