3. Formal Translation My anger was kindled against the shepherds, and I will punish the male goats; for the LORD of hosts {Yahweh Tsevaot, Divine Commander} has visited His flock, the house of Judah, and has made them like His majestic horse in battle. |
3. Dynamic Translation I am furious with the shepherds, and I will hold the male goats accountable, because the LORD of hosts {Yahweh Tsevaot, Army Leader} has cared for His people, the house of Judah, and turned them into His proud war horse in the fight. |
