The relative pronoun asher {אֲשֶׁ֥ר | ʾă-šer} introduces a defining clause with yihyeh {יִהְיֶ֖ה | yiḥ-yēh} ‘will be’, followed by the locative bamachanot hahemmah {בַּמַּחֲנ֣וֹת הָהֵ֑מָּה | ba-maḥ-nə-ṯ ha-hē-mā(h)} ‘in those camps’.
