8. Formal Translation For thus says the LORD of hosts {Yahweh Tsevaot, Commander of Armies}: After glory He sent me to the nations who plunder you, for whoever touches you touches the pupil of His eye. |
8. Dynamic Translation This is what the LORD of hosts {Yahweh Tsevaot, Divine Protector} says: After glory He sent me to the nations that plunder you, because anyone who harms you harms the pupil of His eye. |
