1 Chronicles 21:8:1וַיֹּ֤אמֶרvayomerand he said

8. Formal Translation
And David said to God {ha-Elohim, Righteous Judge}, “I have sinned greatly by doing this thing. And now, please remove the guilt of Your servant, for I have acted very foolishly.”
8. Dynamic Translation
David said to God {ha-Elohim, Just Ruler}, “I have done a terrible wrong by committing this act. Please take away the guilt of Your servant, because I have acted with great foolishness.”
