וַיְהִ֗י{va-ye-HI###vah-yeh-HEE###and it happened} עַ֣ד{AD###AHD###while or until} דִּבֶּ֤ר{di-BER###dih-BEHR###spoke} שָׁאוּל֙{sha-UL###shaa-OOL###Saul} אֶל־הַכֹּהֵ֔ן{el-ha-ko-HEN###ehl-hah-koh-HEEN###to the priest} וְהֶהָמ֗וֹן{ve-he-ha-MON###veh-heh-haa-MOHN###and the tumult} אֲשֶׁר֙{a-SHER###ah-SHEHR###which} בְּמַחֲנֵ֣ה{be-ma-kha-NE###beh-mah-khah-NEH###in the camp of} פְלִשְׁתִּ֔ים{pe-lish-TIM###peh-lihs-TEEM###the Philistines} וַיֵּ֥לֶךְ{va-YE-lekh###vah-YEH-lehkh###and went} הָל֖וֹךְ{ha-LOKH###haa-LOHKH###going on} וָרָ֑ב{va-RAV###vaa-RAAV###and becoming great or increasing} וַיֹּ֧אמֶר{va-YO-mer###vah-YOH-mehr###and said} שָׁא֛וּל{sha-UL###shaa-OOL###Saul} אֶל־הַכֹּהֵ֖ן{el-ha-ko-HEN###ehl-hah-koh-HEEN###to the priest} אֱסֹ֥ף{e-SOF###eh-SOHF###gather up or withdraw} יָדֶֽךָ׃{ya-DE-kha###yaa-DEH-khaa###your hand}
