| 2. Formal Translation Jehu son of Hanani, the seer, came out to meet him and spoke to King Jehoshaphat, “Is it fitting for you to aid the wicked and to love those who hate the LORD {Yahweh, Covenant Enforcer}? Because of this, wrath from the LORD has come upon you.” |
| 2. Dynamic Translation Jehu son of Hanani came out to meet him and said to King Jehoshaphat, “Is it right to support evildoers and to love those who hate the LORD {Yahweh, Divine Judge}? Because of this, the LORD’s anger is against you.” |
