26. Formal Translation
Because the LORD {Yahweh, Compassionate Healer} saw the affliction of Israel and that it was very bitter, and there was no one left—neither confined nor free—and there was no helper for Israel.
26. Dynamic Translation
For the LORD {Yahweh, Merciful Rescuer} saw Israel’s affliction—bitter and severe—and there was none restrained and none abandoned, and there was no helper for Israel.
