14. Formal Translation
And he exiled all Jerusalem, and all the officers, and all the mighty warriors of the army—ten thousand exiles—and all the craftsmen and the smiths; none remained except the poorest of the people of the land.
14. Dynamic Translation
He deported everyone in Jerusalem—the princes and the mighty warriors of the army—ten thousand captives—and every craftsman and smith; only the poorest people of the land remained.
