3. Formal Translation On that day the temple songs will be wailing, declares the Lord GOD {Yahweh Adonai, Sovereign Judge}. Many corpses will be in every place—flung out. Silence! |
3. Dynamic Translation “When that day comes,” says the Lord GOD {Yahweh Adonai, Final Arbiter}, “the singing in the temple will turn into lamenting. Corpses will be flung everywhere. Be silent!” |
