וַיֵּ֨ט{va-YET###vah-YEHT###(And He) stretched out} מֹשֶׁ֣ה{mo-SHE###moh-SHEH###Moses} אֶת־יָדוֹ֮{et-ya-DO###eht-yah-DOH###his hand} עַל־הַיָּם֒{al-ha-YAM###ahl-hah-YAAM###over the sea} וַיּ֣וֹלֶךְ{va-YO-lekh###vah-YOH-lekh###(And He) drove back} יְהוָ֣ה{Ye-ho-VAH###Yeh-ho-VAH###LORD} אֶת־הַ֠יָּם{et-ha-YAM###eht-hah-YAAM###the sea} בְּר֨וּחַ{be-RU-akh###beh-ROO-akh###by a wind from the} קָדִ֤ים{ka-DIM###kah-DIHM###east} עַזָּה֙{az-ZAH###ahz-ZAAH###strong} כָּל־הַלַּ֔יְלָה{kol-ha-LAI-la###kohl-hahl-LAI-lah###all the night} וַיָּ֥שֶׂם{va-YA-sem###vah-YAA-sehm###(And) He made} אֶת־הַיָּ֖ם{et-ha-YAM###eht-hah-YAAM###the sea} לֶחָרָבָ֑ה{le-kha-ra-VAH###leh-khah-rah-VAH###into dry land} וַיִּבָּקְע֖וּ{va-yib-ba-ke-U###vah-yib-bah-keh-OO###(And They) were split} הַמָּֽיִם׃{ha-MA-yim###hah-MAA-yim###the waters}
