| 24. Formal Translation And it came to pass during the morning watch that the LORD {Yahweh, Divine Watcher} looked down upon the camp of the Egyptians in the pillar of fire and cloud, and He threw the camp of the Egyptians into confusion. |
| 24. Dynamic Translation As the morning watch began, the LORD {Yahweh, Protector} gazed down at the Egyptian army from the pillar of fire and cloud, throwing the Egyptian camp into panic. |
