Exodus 21:22:1וְכִֽי־יִנָּצ֣וּvekhiyinnatsoowhen {they} fight

22. Formal Translation
And when men fight and strike a pregnant woman and her children emerge but there is no harm, the offender must be punished according to what the woman’s husband sets and must pay through the judges.
22. Dynamic Translation
If people fight and accidentally strike a pregnant woman, causing her to deliver prematurely, but there is no lasting damage, the offender must pay whatever fine her husband demands before the judges.
