| 38. Formal Translation And I {Yahweh, Divine Judge} will judge you as adulteresses and bloodshed perpetrators are judged, and I will give you blood in wrath and jealousy. |
| 38. Dynamic Translation I {Yahweh, Avenging Lord} will judge you the way women who commit adultery and shed blood are judged, and I will bring blood vengeance on you in burning rage and fierce jealousy. |
