| 6. Formal Translation And there will remain in it gleanings like the shaking of an olive tree—two or three berries at the top of the highest bough, four or five on its fruitful branches—declares the LORD God of Israel {Yahweh Elohei Yisrael, Covenant Nation God}. |
| 6. Dynamic Translation Only what is left behind will remain in it, like when an olive tree is beaten—just two or three olives at the topmost bough, four or five on its fruitful branches—this is what the LORD God of Israel {Yahweh Elohei Yisrael, National Protector} declares. |
