If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I admit that I have sinned and I cannot make myself new. I turn from my sin and from trusting my own effort, background, or will. I believe you died for me and rose again. I confess you as Lord and ask you to give me new life from God. Make me yours. Amen.

Receive the Life God Gives

Lord, revive your Church with the life that comes from you alone. Free us from pride in background, status, or religious effort. Make us a people who depend on your gift, welcome all whom you make new, and bear your life to the world. Wake us up again, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Revive Your Church with Your Gift

Thank God for giving life that no ancestry can earn, no desire can produce, and no human decision can create. Thank him for making a way for us to belong to him by grace. Praise him for giving a new beginning that comes from his own goodness.

Thanks for a Birth We Could Not Earn

Pray by naming one place where you lean on family background, performance, or personal control. Ask God to remind you that new life is his gift, and ask for one humble step of trust today.

Pray Over the Places You Try to Prove Yourself

Pray for people who feel trapped by family history; for those comparing themselves to others; for anyone trying to manufacture spiritual life by effort; and for churches to welcome every person as someone God can make new.

For People Defined by Background

Father, teach me to live as someone born of you. Release me from boasting in ancestry, control, or self-effort. Help me rest in your grace, receive others with humility, and trust you to make me new each day, in the name of Jesus. Amen.
