Come to the Lord Who Arrives

Lord, awaken your Church where we have started to believe that delayed hope is dead hope. Give us faith to come near the grieving, courage to keep praying, and love that does not give up on people or situations too soon. Make us a people who expect you to arrive. in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Revive Your Church to Hope Again

Father, when my heart feels like it has waited too long, steady me with the truth that Jesus still comes. Give me peace where I feel postponed, and help me trust your timing without giving up. in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Peace for the Long Wait

Lord, thank you that you are not afraid of places that look beyond hope. Thank you for coming to what is already broken, and for meeting us in the middle of delay. in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Thank You for Coming

Name one area that feels delayed or beyond repair. Tell Jesus how long it has felt that way, ask him to meet it with his presence, and invite him to lead your next step.

Pray Over What Feels Too Late

Bring these to God: the part of your life that feels sealed up, the people you are tempted to stop praying for, and the desire to keep trusting Jesus when answers are slow.
