A person walking in daylight does not stumble

Keep pushing forward fast, even when you cannot see well

Wait until you can control every detail before doing anything

Assume you are safe because the path will work itself out

Lord, revive your Church with clear sight and steady steps. Where we have rushed ahead in confusion, bring your light; where we have stumbled through fear, teach us to move with wisdom. Awaken us to see Christ clearly and to live as people of the light, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Wake Your Church to Walk in the Light

Pray by naming one decision that feels uncertain, asking God to shine enough light for the next step, and inviting him to keep you from rushing where you cannot yet see.

Bring these before God: places where you feel unclear, habits that make you careless, a desire to slow down, and a longing to notice his light before you move.

Learning to Walk in the Day

Father, thank you that you do not leave me to stumble in the dark, but give light enough for faithful steps. Help me to walk attentively in what you have shown me, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Thank You for Light on the Path

Lord, protect me from haste, distraction, and fear. Let your light guide my feet, keep me from tripping over what I cannot see, and make my choices steady and wise, in the name of Jesus. Amen.
