Do the right thing promptly instead of delaying

Wait until the situation feels easier to handle

Let others decide before you take any step

Put it off and hope the issue resolves itself

If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I admit my sin and the darkness in my heart. I turn from it and from every way I have resisted you. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. I trust you to save me, and I confess you as my Lord. Lead me out of darkness and teach me to follow you quickly. Amen.

Come to Jesus in the Dark

Lord, revive your Church where we have delayed, compromised, or listened to darkness. Give us ears to hear your voice without hesitation, hearts that turn back at once, and courage to obey you quickly. Keep us close to your light and free from every foothold of evil, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Awaken the Church to Obey Quickly

Father, where temptation has gained ground in my life, break its hold. Protect my mind, my choices, and my relationships, and keep me quick to turn back to you, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Break Every Foothold of Darkness

Bring to God any place where you have delayed a clear conviction, welcomed compromise, or kept a small darkness hidden. Ask for honesty, repentance, and a ready heart to obey.

Bring Hidden Compromise into the Light

Pray by naming one thing you already know is right, asking God for courage to act on it today, and then asking for grace to keep that decision with him.

Pray for a Clear Next Step

Pray for a friend, family member, or leader who is being pressured toward compromise, that God would expose darkness quickly, give repentance, and draw them back to Christ.

Guard a Wavering Friend
