If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I admit that I have sinned and need your mercy. I turn from my sin and away from living for myself. I believe you died for me and rose again. Be my Lord, reveal yourself to me, and lead my life. Amen.

Receive Jesus Personally

Lord, revive your Church so we do not settle for distant religion or secondhand faith. Make us humble, eager, and honest before you. Teach us to seek your presence, trust your wisdom, and point the world to you, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Revive Our Desire to Know You

Father, when I do not understand why you seem to show yourself in one way and not another, give me patience, humility, and trust. Keep me near enough to ask, and quiet enough to listen, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

When I Do Not Understand

Name what you do not understand, speak to Jesus directly, ask for understanding without demanding control, and wait with a willing heart.

Pray an Honest Question

Pray for someone who feels overlooked by God or confused by his ways. Ask the Lord to give them courage to ask honest questions, peace while they wait, and a fresh sense of Jesus' nearness.

For Those Feeling Left Out

Thank God that Jesus hears sincere questions and is not distant from honest seekers. Thank him that his ways are wise, personal, and worth trusting.
