Lord, revive your Church where we rush ahead of you or resist your 'not yet.' Teach us to trust your wisdom, answer with gentleness, and honor the moments you appoint. Make us a people who wait faithfully and speak with grace, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Father, when I want an answer before its time, steady my heart. Keep me from forcing what I cannot see, and give me peace to trust that your timing is wise and good. Help me keep bringing my need to you without despair, in the name of Jesus. Amen.
