If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I admit that I have sinned and gone my own way. I need your mercy and cannot save myself. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. I turn from my sin and confess you as Lord. Lead my life with your word, and teach me to follow you with a willing heart. Amen.

Receive Jesus as Lord

Lord, revive your Church with ears that listen and feet that move. Where we have delayed, make us prompt; where we have argued, make us humble; where we have ignored your word, make us ready to do what you say. Teach us to serve faithfully in the small things, so your will is done through us in a weary world, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Make Your People Quick to Obey

Pray by naming one instruction from Jesus you already know, then ask for courage to do it today without delay. Finish by asking him to make your heart willing before the task feels big.

Pray for the Next Step

Bring these to God: gratitude that Jesus speaks plainly; thanks for the ordinary ways he leads; praise for moments when you have been able to obey and see his care.

Thanks for Clear Direction

Pray for a heart that does not resist Jesus when his instruction is simple; for prompt obedience in small responsibilities; and for the grace to finish what he asks.

A Willing Heart

Pray for people who are carrying out unseen responsibilities today: that they would do their work faithfully, honor Christ in ordinary tasks, and experience joy in serving where they are.
