If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I confess that I have sinned and wandered away from you. I have tried to carry my life on my own, and I need your mercy. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. I turn from my sin and trust you as my Lord and Savior. Bring me to yourself and make me new. Amen.

Come to Jesus in Your Lostness

Father, revive your Church with tender hearts and honest tears. Where we have grown numb, wake us up; where we hide our grief, teach us to pray; where we have stopped seeking Jesus, turn us back to him. Make us a people who lament well and keep looking for the Lord, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Revive Your Church to Seek You

Father, when I feel empty and cannot see where Jesus is at work, meet me in my confusion. Keep me from despair, help me speak honestly about my sorrow, and lead me back to the living Lord, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

When Jesus Feels Far Away

Start by telling God plainly what hurts and what you cannot locate. Name the loss, the confusion, and the question, then ask him to keep you seeking Jesus and to meet you in the middle of it.

Pray the Honest Question

Pray for: those who are grieving and cannot make sense of what has happened; believers who know how to listen before offering answers; hearts that keep looking for Jesus even when hope feels far away.

For Those Carrying Unanswered Grief

Thank God that even when people feel confused and the way ahead is unclear, Jesus remains Lord. Give thanks that sorrow can be spoken honestly before him, and that he is able to meet searching hearts with mercy, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Thank You That Jesus Is Still Lord
