Receive Jesus and Trust His Care

Lord, revive your Church to love you sincerely and to care faithfully for the people under your care. Wake us from cold religion, make us honest before you, and turn our love into patient service. Let your people become gentle shepherds, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Revive Our Love and Care

Name one place where your love for Jesus feels weak. Confess it honestly, ask him to deepen your love, and then ask him to show you one person to care for this week.

Pray with Honest Love

Pray for pastors, teachers, mentors, and caregivers: that they would lead with tenderness, patience, and faithfulness; that they would notice the hurting; and that they would care for people well, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

For Those Who Shepherd Others

Give thanks that Jesus knows the truth about your heart and still speaks to you. Thank him for his patience, for his trust in you, and for the way his care invites your love to grow.

Thankful That You Know Me

Pray for one person who needs patient care this week. Ask God to show you how to listen, help, and stay present, and to make your love practical rather than private, in the name of Jesus. Amen.
