Only the harvesting matters, not the planting

Keep serving patiently and rejoice in the shared result

Keep serving only if you get visible credit

Treat the visible result as more valuable than the planting

Stop planting and wait for a better season

Receive the Life That Lasts

Lord, revive your Church where we have grown tired of hidden labor or jealous of visible results. Make us faithful sowers, grateful reapers, and a people who rejoice together in every fruit you give, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Revive Your Church for Fruitful Work

Pray by naming one person who has planted something good in your life, one person who has helped gather a result, and one sign of fruit you can already thank God for. Ask him to give you gratitude for both the labor and the outcome.

Thank God for Every Part of the Work

Lord, when I cannot yet see the harvest, help me keep sowing with faith. Free me from comparison and from needing credit, and teach me to rejoice when you bless another worker with fruit, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Help Me Keep Sowing

Pray for people who do quiet planting, for those who are now gathering results, and for a community that honors both kinds of work. Ask God to give them patience, humility, and shared joy.

For the Workers in the Field

Bring God praise for seeing every seed, valuing every faithful effort, and bringing lasting fruit from the work of his people. Praise him that no labor done for him is wasted.
