If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I admit that I have sinned and tried to live by my own strength. I turn from my sin and from my self-rule. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. Thank you that the Father loves you and makes himself known through you. I confess you as my Lord and Savior. Come into my life, forgive me, and lead me from this day on. Amen.

Receive the Son

Father, revive your Church with fresh awe. Where we have settled for small expectations, remind us that you love the Son and still reveal your works. Make us hungry to see what you are doing, humble enough to believe it, and ready to obey it. Let your people marvel again at your greater works, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Wake Us to Your Greater Works

Father, we thank you for loving the Son and for not hiding your works. Thank you for every way you show what you are doing, for every gift that wakes us up to your presence, and for the wonder you stir when you reveal more than we expected.

Thank You for Revealing Your Work

Pray by naming one place where you need to notice God's work more clearly. Ask the Father to show you what he is doing, to keep you from rushing past it, and to give you a humble heart that responds with obedience and wonder.

Pray for Open Eyes

Bring these to God: a teachable spirit, patience while he reveals more, freedom from cynicism, and the ability to stay amazed when he does what you did not expect.

Grow in Holy Awe

Father, for your people everywhere, give us eyes that notice your hand and hearts that do not harden into routine. Teach us to welcome what you reveal, to trust the greater works you are still bringing, and to answer with worship and obedience, in the name of Jesus. Amen.
