Receive Jesus as trustworthy and let his words shape you

Wait until you have no unanswered questions before responding

Treat Jesus as one helpful option among many and decide later

Assume only what can be seen directly counts as real knowledge

If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I believe the Father has testified about you, and I need your truth in my life. I admit that I have sinned, followed my own way, and resisted what God has said. I turn from my sin now. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. I confess you as Lord and Savior, and I ask you to come into my life and lead me. Amen.

Receive the One the Father Testified About

Father, revive your Church to listen to your testimony about Jesus. Forgive us where we have become dull, distracted, or slow to believe what you have made known. Give us fresh awe, clear speech, and courageous lives that point to your Son, and let our witness be bright in a world that needs him, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Wake Up Our Witness

Father, thank you that you have not left Jesus without witness. Thank you for making him known, for speaking truth about him, and for giving us a reason to trust him. Help me receive your testimony with gratitude and faith, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Thank You for Speaking

Pray by naming one place where you have been slow to notice God's witness about Jesus. Ask the Father to make you attentive, humble, and ready to trust what he has already said.

Pray for a Listening Heart

Bring these to God: people who have not yet trusted Jesus; someone whose heart feels closed to spiritual truth; a conversation you hope to have about Christ; and the courage to speak clearly and kindly.

For Those Who Need to Hear

Father, forgive me for the times I have ignored your witness and treated Jesus lightly. Where I have been proud, distracted, or stubborn, turn my heart back to the truth. Help me listen, believe, and follow your Son more fully, in the name of Jesus. Amen.
