Tell them to stop asking until they feel certain

Keep the conversation on the event and leave Jesus out

If you would like to receive Jesus, pray this with me: Lord Jesus, I have been looking for you, and I confess that I have sinned and gone my own way. I turn from my sin and from trying to save myself. I believe you died for my sins and rose again. I confess you as Lord and ask you to lead my life. Come into my life and make me yours. Amen.

Find Me, Lord Jesus

Lord, revive your Church so we do not gather around religion and miss your Son. Give us hunger to seek Jesus together, humility to keep asking, and courage to point others to him. Wake us up with fresh love for Christ, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Revive Your Church to Seek Jesus

Father, when I do not know where to find Jesus in my day, keep me from giving up. Turn my heart toward your Son, lead me away from distractions, and guide me to the next faithful step, in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Help Me Keep Seeking

Pray for: people who are asking honest questions about Jesus; believers who can point them to him with patience; public places and ordinary conversations where seekers are looking for the Lord.

For Those Still Asking

Begin by naming one place where you feel spiritually uncertain, tell God you want Jesus himself and not just answers, and ask him to keep your search honest and steady.

Pray Until You Find Him

Thank God for every person who keeps asking after Jesus; thank him that sincere seekers are not ignored; thank him for the grace to keep searching.
