| 48. Formal Translation And if the priest enters and observes that the affliction has not spread in the house after it has been plastered, then he shall pronounce the house clean because the affliction has been healed. |
| 48. Dynamic Translation If the priest comes to inspect the house and finds that the contamination has not spread after it has been plastered, he will pronounce the house clean because the contamination has been cured. |
