| 6. Formal Translation He shall take the living bird along with the cedar wood, the scarlet, and the hyssop, and dip them and the living bird in the blood of the bird that was slaughtered over the living water. |
| 6. Dynamic Translation Then he will take the live bird, the cedar stick, the scarlet, and the hyssop, and dip them all—along with the live bird—into the blood of the bird that was killed over the living water. |
