10. Formal Translation
The high priest who is chief among his brothers, on whose head the anointing oil has been poured and who has been consecrated to put on the priestly garments, must not let his hair go unkempt nor tear his garments.
10. Dynamic Translation
The high priest above his fellow priests—the one who has had the anointing oil poured on his head and has been appointed to wear the sacred clothes—must never leave his hair untended or rip his clothes.
