17. Formal Translation
And if a person sins and breaks one of all the commandments of the LORD {Yahweh, Law Giver} that are not to be performed, even though he did not know, he is guilty and shall bear his iniquity.
17. Dynamic Translation
If someone breaks any one of the LORD {Yahweh, Covenant Judge} commands that must not be done, even though they did not realize it, they are still guilty and will bear responsibility.
